#8 Meditation: Relax into sleep (English)
Welcome to your Meditation Library!
Today, I will gently guide you into sleep. We’ll begin with a deep physical relaxation, where you’ll gradually release everyday stress and tension. Then, we will journey inward—into your inner sanctuary. There, in your subconscious, we will anchor positive affirmations and release anything you’re still holding on to. This will bring you inner peace and help you drift into a restful sleep.
